I WILL NOT
• Underage characters for mature or suggestive content - this includes characters who have been aged up
• Extreme Fetishes (Vore, watersports, scat are hard passes)
• Hate speech or imagery
• Mimic someone else’s style or work
• Color someone else’s lines without permission
Terms of Service
• Payment expected within 24hrs
• Payment is USD only, invoice will be sent after linework has been approved
• Commissions may be canceled at any time
• If a commission is canceled for any reason, commissioner will be charged for work done regardless of progress
• When ordering, some sort of visual reference is required
• If an image gallery is provided, the most defined work will be used as primary reference
• Commissioner can reupload the image with credits given in the form of a link or @ to any platforms
• Artwork cannot be claimed as your own
• Completed piece and psd file are emailed upon payment
• WIPs can be requested at any time
• WIPs will automatically be provided at each stage for approval / revisions
• Commissions will be worked on consistently, however only an estimated turnover rate can be provided and completion speed is subject to change
• Any anticipated delays in work completion will be expressed as soon as possible
• Completed works will be posted to all platforms unless requested otherwise
• There is a revision fee of $50 usd if changes are requested after an approval phase
• By ordering any NSFW/18+ art you are agreeing that you are 18 or older
Copyright
• You have the right to use your commissioned piece for any personal / private use, such as icons, banners, uploads, prints or phone screens for yourself and loved ones are considered private and personal use.
• The commissioner may upload and share their commission anywhere as long credit is given to the artist.
• The commissioner may modify or color their commission, as long as credit is given.
• I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The commissioner may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use unless commercial rights are bought.
• All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes by default only. Reproduction of my artwork for use in printed merchandise is prohibited.
• I define commercial use as anything that directly results in profits to the commissioner, such as merchandise. Anything ordered for streaming use I do not consider requiring commercial rights forDo not
• Replicate my artwork for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
• Claim the artwork as your own.
• Use my art for AI
• Mint work for NFT
